Steganography is a technique used in concealing secret data within ordinary messages or files. In some cases, cyber security experts use Steganography as a form of security through obscurity. This method of securing data is significant because it does not attract attention, as is the case with cryptography. The main focus of steganography is hiding the fact that secret messages and files are being sent over a network. It incorporates the disguise of information located within standard files and has been used for many years. Modern steganography is used within the digital context to conceal information within random or encrypted data.
